Manufacturer Registration

The Manu Manufacturing Registration is a one year subscription that enhances a manufacturer’s commercial position by providing a professionally structured facility profile with up to (10) listed products, elevated internal search placement, SEO optimized product visibility, direct access to a network of verified buyers, and participation in Manu’s ongoing platform advancement and feature development initiatives. The registration fee for the one year term is (250,000 USD), and a (10%) transaction fee is applied to the final sales price of all transactions executed through the platform. Additional products beyond the initial (10) may be listed at (10,000 USD) per product per year, with the same (10%) transaction fee applying to all resulting sales. All fees, rights, obligations, and service terms are governed exclusively by the Manu Manufacturing Locator Platform Terms of Service, which are incorporated herein by reference; all fees are non refundable; and the subscription term is (1) year from activation and does not renew automatically without an explicit agreement. Registrants shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Manu and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or relating to the registrant’s products, disclosures, conduct, or use of the platform. Manu retains the right to modify pricing, transaction fees, listing rates, and applicable terms with advance written notice prior to any renewal period, and early registrants secure preferential placement, enhanced visibility, and priority access to ongoing improvements across the platform.
